Return Policy

You may cancel an order at any time prior to shipment. To do so, give us the Paypal transaction ID (the sooner the better).

After receiving the package, you have 21 days to trigger a return if the pedal is defective or damaged. We will then send you a new one. We don't offer refunds or store credits, just exchanges.

How to return?

  1. Contact us and we will email you a prepaid label
  2. Put the defective pedal in the original packaging with the bubble wrap and/or the kraft paper (you kept the original packaging, right?)
  3. Put down the invoice in the packaging
  4. Seal the packaging with some adhesive paper
  5. Glue the label on the packaging
  6. Bring it to a post office
